Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our heritage footwear.
How do I determine my correct size for Truman Boots?
We generally recommend sizing down a half size from your standard Brannock device measurement. For specific guidance on our different lasts, please refer to our detailed Sizing Guide.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
In-stock boots typically ship within 2-4 business days. For Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items, lead times can vary between 8 to 12 weeks depending on leather availability and production capacity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local customs office.
Can I return or exchange my boots if they don't fit?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine boots within 14 days of delivery. Boots must show no signs of wear, including creasing on the uppers or scuffing on the outsoles.
Are Truman boots resoleable?
Absolutely. Our boots are constructed using stitchdown or Goodyear welt construction, both of which allow for multiple resoles by a professional cobbler, ensuring your boots last for years.
How should I care for the leather on my boots?
We recommend regular brushing with a horsehair brush to remove dust and dirt. Depending on the leather type, use a high-quality conditioner every 3-6 months to keep the hide hydrated and supple.
